Road Trippin' with my Trio

Getting mentally ready for the weekend.  Our first road trip!   Lots of packing and organizing to do. We ended up being busier than I would have liked this week.  But it's been well worth it!

We got to see the Jungle Book play at the CATS theater.  All three sat still through out. WIN!

Pics from a petting farm.
That's where we met Dumpling, a sweet baby dear.  She stole C & M's heart.
I love my mornings.  Pajamas and coffee..
Caroline helping Daddy "feed" the plants.
After eating rasberries

Have a wonderful holiday weekend.  I'll be hoping for no car troubles, DVD malfunctions, and patience as we embark on this 10 hour road trip.

four

This past Sunday was Scarlett's birthday.  It was just four years ago.  The day I became a mama, the most joyous moment in my life.

I love how she sings and hums to herself while she does her daily things.  She is kind, witty, and compassionate.  Happy Birthday, Scarlett!  We love you so!

We also celebrated Father's day this past Sunday.  This is for David.
Such a caring, patient, and loving daddy.  To be your child is to be so lucky.

Random Pictures from our weekend
Maddy loves her puppy dogs.  She takes them to bed with her every night and brings down stairs in the morning like it's her job.
Has anyone seen Caroline and Madeline???

The girls' love the Elefun game!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream.

Planning my girls' birthday parties make me happy. But the real happiness comes in seeing the birthday girl's face light up at all the decorations and being around her friends and family.

All three were so excited when they woke up to the house decorated.  I had a polka dot theme going on with the ice cream party.  Scarlett was dressed in a cute polka dot skirt but that didn't last long.  She was drenched playing in the sprinklers while I was setting up the backyard.
Auntie Nessa made the labels for the ice cream toppings, ice cream flavors, and sundae cups. Wish she was in town for the party.

Melanie makes some pretty cute cakes and tasty too!
We did a ice cream cone craft, we passed a cone around to music, we pinned the cherry on the ice cream sundae.  But even better we ate.  Ice cream

Tina takes a break.  Such an awesome helper!
Pin the cherry..
 Take home treats.
We had so much fun.  We took a little rest after everyone left.  Then the party continued outside with some sprinkler fun and burgers.
