Happy Friday

It seems like our laid back summer is coming to an end.  With Scarlett's school starting and the many appointments we have coming, we'll miss our summer.  Although, we do have one more summery beach trip planned before fall starts!

We made a quick trip to the park when it was cloudy and threatening to rain.

Scarlett had her first sleep over at grandma's house.  Sisters' were missing her the next morning.  So, we headed out to the backyard for some popsicles.

We went out to the mall this morning and the girls rode the carousel.  C & S loved it, although Maddy was not to crazy about it.  Afterwards, we went to bounce 4 fun (at the mall).  Wish I hadn't forgotten my camera.  The look on C & M's face going down those enormous bounce slides-priceless!

Summer Nights

Last minute sleep overs at the grandparents are the best.  When, you're tired and your tripping over toys and there is nothing to serve for dinner.  You gather the family and drive out to the country.

We enjoyed messy ice cream cones on a hot summer night! 

I love a rainy day

We welcomed the much needed rain this morning with a walk..  Then a trip to the park.... We're grateful for the nice break in the 100 degree weather!!

Happy Weekend

Our mornings were filled with books, water, and friends.  We made it through my full 40 hour work week. It's an adjustment but we have fabulous weekends to look forward to.

It would be so nice to have some rain puddles.  We've got a chance for rain tonight and tomorrow, we'll have to get out there and splash.  fo sho....

We visited Tom Thumb every morning for 3 weeks while Scarlett was in swim class.

Took the girls to Abbey's Playtown this morning.  They had a blast.  My oldest was happy to see her buddies there.

Slow to rise

It's a good morning when we can just hang out on the couch in our pj's. Every one is quiet, cuddly, and sweet.  No one asks to turn on the tv, which means no fighting over what show to watch.  Just me and my girls, enjoying each others company. Awww, if only every morning could be like this!
